Live Soundtrack is a film music event based in Belgrade. Through the screening of rare short film works, experimental films and animations from around the world and the association of musicians from the electronic, ambient and electroacoustic milieu, over more than 50 events (2014-2020) it has become a source of constant support for the independent scene. In 2021, Live Soundtrack kicked off the new season of the event, showing films selected in the open call for silent films through the Film Freeway platform and is currently on a regional tour. Edition 55: New world (dis) order: Eco-anxiety and migration (New world (dis) order: Eco-anxiety and migration) aims to shed light on the enormous problems and man-made disasters of the Anthropocene era (war, famine) , migration, environmental disasters, viral diseases), ecological imbalances and the consequences of climate change through images of apocalyptic landscapes and metaphorical language in recent silent and animated films. Some of the best Skopje sound artists and ambient musicians will participate in creating the sound for this audio-visual cycle: Martin Georgievski and Toni Dimitrov (Amplidyne Effect, Post Global Trio), and Vladimir Martinovski. The program will be presented by Marko Milicevic, program manager and curator of the event.
