Some musicians treat sound as something to be controlled. Vukašin Đelić is more interested in what happens when sound is allowed to misbehave. Since the early 2000s, the Serbian guitarist and sound artist has explored the unstable edges of music, using radio frequencies, electrical interference, feedback, machine noise, and everyday electronic devices as raw material. Treating the guitar as a receiver rather than a traditional instrument, he transforms glitches, hums, and unwanted signals into music.
In 2020, he released U Zavisnosti Od Dana, his first solo album, recorded over six days at home in Grocka. His 2024 release Od Sutra pushed further into the unpredictable character of machines, while Ogledala (2025), created with musicians from Novi Sad, expanded his sound into a more collective space shaped by improvisation, ambient textures, and subtle jazz influences.
