Thursday, March 12th 2026, starting at 21:00, Macedonian Pub “DZE” will host a joint set of improvised music by Martin Dzorlev (guitar), Ninoslav Spirovski (saxophone, clarinet), and Martin Georgievski (electronics).
Martin Dzorlev is widely recognized for his significant contribution to the local and regional music scene, particularly through the success of the indie-rock/post-punk band Lufthansa. His career began as part of various musical groups and projects such as Zulu 3.4, Lufthansa, Stoj, Posle!, and Zhivotni.
Ninoslav Spirovski is a Macedonian free-jazz clarinetist and saxophonist, part of the generation that sparked the new wave of improvised music in the country. As one of the most active participants on the scene, he advocates for personal expression and originality beyond traditional jazz frameworks. He is best known for his work with Svetlost and Svetlost + Odron Ritual Orchestra, while also performing in numerous other ensembles.
Martin Georgievski has been performing as Amplidyne Effect since 2009, focusing on electronic, ambient, and experimental music, most often in the form of improvised sessions. He has released numerous recordings and performs both solo and with groups such as Post Global Trio, Meissa Ionis, TRIMA, and Svetlost + Odron Ritual Orchestra. He has performed at Pohoda Festival in Slovakia, PNEM Soundart Festival in the Netherlands, De:sonanz, the Skopje Jazz Festival, and many others.
